Allen Weiss

Al Weiss is the former President of Worldwide Operations at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, where he led a $10B+ global business and a team of over 95,000 employees during his 39-year career with The Walt Disney Company. A respected strategic leader, Al has been instrumental in numerous mergers and acquisitions across diverse sectors. He currently serves on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards and is the Managing Partner of Global Blockchain Ventures Fund, a venture capital fund focused on transformative blockchain technologies. In 2005, he was named Central Florida’s Most Influential Businessman by the Orlando Business Journal.
Max Hooper, Ph.D.

Dr. Max Hooper brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience in financial services, with deep expertise in debt and equity financing. He has studied FinTech and Blockchain Innovation with cohorts at MIT and explored Cryptocurrency and Business Disruption at the London School of Economics. Dr. Hooper is the co-author of Blockchain Enabled Applications (2017),and has written other books on AI, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity. Dr. Hooper currently serves as CEO of Merging Traffic, a diversified private investment firm, and is also Managing Partner of the Global Blockchain Ventures Fund, which supports disruptive blockchain-based innovation.
